Simulates and analyses influences of the heat transfer coefficient of the external wall, the heat transfer coefficient of the external window and the shading coefficient of the external window on building energy consumption with physics model built by building environment simulation software DeST. The results show that the influence of the heat transfer coefficient of the external wall and the external window is smaller, and that of the shading coefficient of the external window is noticeable. Based on the simulation results, optimizes the design scheme, and provides suggestions for selecting reasonable value of the three parameters.
